Applications may be mailed with payment to Clallam Bay Sekiu Fundays, PO Box 355, Clallam Bay, WA 98326. Space is reserved for applications returned complete with payment.
Specific locations are not reserved. Please indicate all electrical/space needs clearly on your application.
All qualified applicants will receive a space while spaces are available.
Powered locations come with 110-volt outlets only. No 220-volt outlets are available. If you are going to be using multiple outlets for cooking we encourage you to bring a quiet generator or portable gas range in case the outlets in your space are unable to handle the load of all your cooking appliances
Vendor space size is approximately 10′ x 10′

All vendors are required to check in with the Vendor Coordinator or Fun Days Chairperson prior to setup.
Arrangements for accommodations or RV’s should be made in advance. There are no spaces or facilities available in the vendor area, but there are plenty of facilities within the community.
All vendors serving food must have a Food Handler’s Permit within plain view.
Fun Days reserves the right to refuse any application. No vendor is allowed to set up in areas other than those presented without prior approval of the Vendor Coordinator or the Fun Days Chairperson.
No refunds will be made.
Setup is permitted after 8:00 a.m. on Friday or as authorized by the Fun Days Chairperson. The Fun Days Chairperson or Vendor Coordinator will be available throughout the festival for any vendor needs.
